Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Leavly platform operated by Leavly ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use Leavly, you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform
  • Use the service to store or transmit malicious code

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a per-seat, per-month or per-year basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, add a payment method to continue using Leavly.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Leavly. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We use your data only to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leavly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
